How do I collect the keys?
Every house has self check-in. A week before, we send you the code and photo instructions. You can arrive whenever you like from 16:00.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, at no extra cost, in the houses that say so on their page. We only ask that you tell us when booking.
When do I pay for the booking?
You pay the full amount when booking, securely by card. You get the confirmation by email straight away.
What if I have to cancel?
Cancellation is free up to 30 days before arrival. After that, 50 % is refunded.
Is there parking?
Some houses include a space and in others it is optional. You will see it on each house page.
Do you have a cot and a high chair?
Yes, at no cost. Ask for them when booking and we will set them up before you arrive.
