Booking and payment
The booking is confirmed once the full amount is paid by card. You receive the confirmation and the reference by email straight away.
Prices
Prices include VAT and the final clean. Extras (parking, early check-in, additional cleaning) are shown before you pay.
Cancellation
Free up to 30 days before arrival. Between 30 days and the arrival date, 50 % is refunded. Early departures are not refunded.
Arrival and departure
Check-in from 16:00, self check-in with a code. Check-out before 11:00. Other times subject to availability.
Guest registration
The law requires every guest over 14 to be registered. We will send you a link to do it online before you arrive.
Pets and house rules
Pets welcome at no extra charge. Parties are not allowed, nor is exceeding the capacity of the house. Please respect the neighbours' rest between 23:00 and 8:00.
Complaints
Official complaint forms from the Generalitat Valenciana are available to you. Ask for them by email or at the office.
